Vesna is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience in the automotive and technology industries. She has led large-scale engineering and R&D organizations at companies like Dana Inc., Continental, and Valeo and Bosch, delivering results in autonomous driving, software strategy, cybersecurity, functional safety, and organizational transformation.

Her unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and people-centered leadership has earned her international recognition—including her role as an appointed advisor to Canada’s National Research Council on EV innovation. Vesna is also a chess grandmaster, children book writer and recipient of several awards for leadership and social impact.

Abhishek is a seasoned engineering leader with over 12 years of experience in product development for electrified powertrains and autonomous vehicle systems. He has held key technical and managerial roles at leading companies like Dana Inc., TuSimple, and Ford, where he successfully led cross-functional teams and delivered cutting-edge solutions in electric drive units, high-performance transmissions, and autonomous Class-8 trucks.

With deep expertise in systems engineering, software integration, and verification & validation, Abhishek combines a rigorous technical foundation with a passion for high-impact innovation. He has worked globally across North America, Europe, and Asia, and is known for building strong, diverse teams and driving process improvements that deliver quality, safety, and efficiency..

Rawad Kuwidir, Program Manager

Rawid brings over 18 years of global experience leading embedded systems and digital transformation initiatives across the automotive, semiconductor, and telecommunications industries. With a strong foundation in engineering and programme governance, he has delivered complex, high-impact projects for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the UK, Germany, Japan, and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards.

Rawad’s strengths lie in bridging business strategy with technical execution—leading cross-functional, multicultural teams while maintaining rigorous compliance with ISO26262, ASPICE, and UN R155. Certified in Agile, SAFe, and PRINCE2, he brings deep expertise in PMO leadership, stakeholder management, and lifecycle delivery.
